Our delivery typically takes 8-18 business days. This process consists of two main sections: Processing and Shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received before 8pm AEST Monday to Thursday are processed the same day, while orders placed after that time are processed the next business day. However, orders placed on Fridays or weekends are handled first thing Monday. Please note that orders are not processed public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

After processing, your package will arrive within 7-15 business days. Occasionally, external factors like weather or courier delays may extend this timeframe. Thanks for your patience!

REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a full refund, returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• Return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation

Items that don’t meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of $9.99 AUD.

EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept exchanges. The most efficient way to get an exchange is to return your order and place a new order for whatever item you desire. 

RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate the return process. Please note the following:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The return label is also the responsibility of the customer.
• Our warehouse is based in Asia, so shipping costs generally range from $20 to $35 AUD depending on your location.
• We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return is safely delivered, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost returns.
