PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Orders received before 8pm AEST Monday to Thursday are processed the same day, while orders placed after that time are processed the next business day. However, orders placed on Fridays or weekends are handled first thing Monday. Please note that orders are not processed public holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

After processing, your package will arrive within 5-12 business days. Occasionally, external factors like weather or courier delays may extend this timeframe. Thanks for your patience!
