REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a full refund, returns must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation
Items that don’t meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of $9.99 AUD.
EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept exchanges. The most efficient way to get an exchange is to return your order and place a new order for whatever item you desire.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate the return process. Please note the following:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The return label is also the responsibility of the customer.
- Our warehouse is based in Asia, so shipping costs generally range from $20 to $35 AUD depending on your location.
- We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return is safely delivered, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost returns.
